Visit the website, review experiences and membership plans, then contact the team through the existing official WhatsApp number or channel. Share only the basic information needed to check availability.
Select Your City & Preferences
Tell the team your current city, preferred experience and relevant age preferences. The team will confirm whether the requested experience is available.
Identity Verification
SocialTribe requires identity verification as part of its process. Verification should be handled securely by authorised staff, with clear notice about what is collected, why it is needed and how long it is retained.
First Photo Review
For a proposed match, the first person's photo is shared with the other person only with the photo owner's consent. The receiving person can approve or decline.
Second Photo Review
Only if the first person approves, their approval is communicated and the second person's photo is then shared with that person's consent. Either person may decline without pressure.
Mutual Approval & Coordination
If both people approve, the team explains the next steps, experience details and coordination arrangements. A private WhatsApp group should be created only with the participants' consent.
Confirm the Booking & Payment
Before payment, confirm the exact date, time, public venue, slot inclusions, final price and applicable refund policy. Full advance online payment is required according to the plan details supplied by SocialTribe.
